By accessing or using Tensorly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must promptly notify us at support@tensorly.io of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Use of the Services

You agree to use Tensorly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including by introducing viruses, bots, or other harmful code.
• Use Tensorly to build a competing product or service, or to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services except as permitted by law.
• Use the Services to upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

• Tensorly and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, features, visual interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, and content, except for content you submit.
• Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
• By submitting content (including code, prompts, tasks, and feedback) through the Services, you grant Tensorly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and create derivative works from that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Services.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to submit content to Tensorly and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

4. AI and Generated Content

Tensorly may provide features that use artificial intelligence or other automated systems to generate code, recommendations, explanations, or other content. You understand and agree that:

• Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated content before using it in production or relying on it for critical decisions.
• Tensorly does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice through generated content, and no such advice should be inferred.

5. Paid Plans and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan (if and when available), additional terms may apply. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Tensorly or its payment processors to charge the applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using Tensorly at any time. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Tensorly specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tensorly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

In no event will Tensorly's total liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

9. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of Tensorly after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your principal place of residence unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in a competent jurisdiction.
